The Geomatics Technology Department at Greenville Technical College is planning again to offer Once a Month – Weekend Only Land Surveying Courses during the Fall 2005 semester. These courses are offered to students who want to earn surveying course credits to become Licensed Land Surveyors in South Carolina. To qualify to enroll in these course the student must complete a “pre-qualification” survey, be employed by a licensed surveyor and if applying for the SC Education Lottery be a resident of South Carolina. Out of state residents may enroll in courses but will not qualify for SC Lottery assistance. See details of program on following pages.

Classes meet once a month on Sat & Sun on Greenville Tech's Main Campus in Greenville, SC. A is checklist posted on this website to guide you through the enrollment process as well as the required math courses. Application to the college is available on the college website, www.greenvilletec.com .

Please note: These courses are ideally suited for students who already have a BS Degree and only need the 12 semester hours to complete the education requirements for state license. At this time the entire Geomatics Technology Degree is not offered in a Once a month Format.
